Bad Service

BAD SERVICE I went to PEP stores in Verulam yesterday 30 January 2019 around 15:30....I was chased away because according to them I had too many parcels.... I was carrying my baby's bag, Pack of Pampers Diapers and a small packet... 3 items.... There was a short Indian Old lady who I didn't get her name.... When I asked her to please take my parcels as I needed to shop for my baby....she told me only 1 parcel she can take ... I told her fine I'll stop with the rest... she told me no I cannot...I asked her what was the plan! She went out of the cashiers desk ignored me... a young black lady came in....I told her I needed to shop for my baby where can I put the parcels she told me only 1 item is allowed...I also asked her what was the plan ! She told me she can't assist me.... So my Question is where in PEP store rules or shopping rules or customer conduct is it written only 1 parcel is allowed? I felt Violated and humilated by these 2ladies....Pep is advertised daily in our TV screens and what I see there is very friendly staff and willing to assist....It's summer I really needed few clothes for my daughter....I don't see myself entering those doors... and i need an answer
