Bad Service

Today I went to Pep cell with a quiery regarding a phone that I bought on Sunday (6th) but the phone has a charging problem which I was told at the shop that it's a smartphone issue it 'happens" to all phones,the two ladies which were assisting didn't offer any solutions but to convince me that it's okay ..but their reasons or excuses I just didn't get the satisfaction that I was expecting ...one lady (Patricia) just clucthed at straws ...pls Pep ur Ur service is Qeustionable ...very Frustrated
