Bad service

I'm currently standing at Pep Pretorius Street, Pretoria the line is to long and only one cashier(Boikgantsho/ is helping us mind you is back to school season. I have spoken to one of the store assistant(Barbara) and she directed me to the manager(Caroline) with an attitude on her face. She has not customer service on her bone Then I went to the manager (Caroline)and she told me they are busy counting money and she will help us then she turned he back and continue with whatever she was doing. She also gave me an attitude didnt even apologize for the inconvenience.
