Bad service

I sent a parcel on 05 December to worcester since then I have been sent from pillar to post its almost a month now and I have beent wasting my airtime calling paxi and there is no direction still. I'm very dissapointed with their service and unprofessional workers. I WANT MY PARCEL DELIVERED ASAP
