Bad service

I have calling the customer service for pep money account to close the old account and get a new account and been told the account is closed today went to pep store to get a new pep money card they still tell me the account is not closed i need to call the customer service so that they close the account and the ladies where so rude even the manager i tried to ask why should i call the customer care several times to get the account to be closed
