Bad Service

I went to pep to post the parcel n they told me its takes working 3-5 days . and it has not been delivered and I called Paxi I spoke to Elton, chris n rianne they rudely told me that they extend it by 2 days if its an outline area which they never told me about before . and those were christmas clothes for my daughter. They asked if I did read terms n conditions n on my slip there were no terms n conditions n I did ask at pep if the courier can take more n they said NO! Chris dropped the phone on my ear even . This service is bad dont even try to use it. They said I must use their names as ref numbers where have you had that.
