Bad service

Pep paxi is a division of pepkor trading. ...on Tuesday the 18/12/2018 I used the courie services of Pep Paxi to send a package to George in the Western Cape the Cashier ask me how many days ....and i choose the 3 to 5 working days which cost me R99 my parcel was never picked up from the store and the from the time I left it on Tuesday and 3 working days is already past and the parcel was suppose to be on its way to George in the Western Cape ..so tell me I paid for 3 to 5 days and paxi doesn't work weekends how long will my package take to reach the destination if it hasn't moved yet from the store in Randfontein ......iam very disappointed.... this package was suppose to be in George before Christmas day ..
