bad service

Went to the store to return a gift! A cashier named Tash gave me thee worst service. She asked where I bought the item and where is the slip. Told her its a gift . She began to chat to her colleagues totally ignored me. Bad service from a chicky cashier. They don't have values in that store. They customer service is pathetic.
