Bad Service

Today(08 november 2018) I went to PEP west street (0229-Durban) to buy a Ceramic Oven dish. At the till the cashier (Magwaza) hit the dish against the counter. When I got home I realised there was a crack on the dish and I took it back. I spoke to a lady named Dolly,I told her what happened, She took the dish from me and went to speak to the cashier(Magwaza) and just left me standing there on the sales floor. Standing there with the cashier, she shouted at me saying I should go get another dish on another floor of the store as if it is my responsibility. The shouting was rude, and she should have gotten it or asked a member of staff to get it or at least talked to me politely, not scream at me from the other end of the building. Anyway, I went to get the dish and went back to the same cashier, I waited for her to finish up with a customer she was busy with. While I was standing in front of her, she completely ignored me and called the next customer. I went back to Dolly and asked how long I would have to wait to get help, she told the cashier (Magwaza) to help me. The cashier then told Dolly to tell me to take the dish and go. Dolly then told her to give me a plastic bag. She just shoved it on the counter and I had to take it from there. While all of this was going on, they were shouting to each other and were dismissve of me. It was like I wasn't actually there, the cashier was especially rude. I had noticed even earlier when I got the Dish the 1st time that the same cashier was rude to another customer. Clearly she was either having a bad day or wasn't trained well. Either way, she doesn't belong in the service industry and something should be done about her conduct. I wasn't impressed with Dolly's conduct either.
