Bad service

Bad service. No communication. I bought a cellphone from PEP cell on 20 August 2018 which was damaged. I took it back for repairs 8 days later and it took them 2 months to repair. They did not give me any feedback. Every time we made follow ups they took me from pillar to post. Because of their bad customer s****s I don't want the phone anymore, now they are refusing to give me my refund
