Bad Service

I was at Pep stores in Khayelitsha to return cellphone which i bought on 06/08/2018 then my mother did not like the Model of the phone then i had to return it within an hour, i went back to the store and the consultant called by Bongiwe told me that they don't have an authority to return the device in their store therefore i'll have to call customer care line and i told her that i don't have airtime then she gave me cellphone and she told me that she doing favour because it's not their problem then i called customer care the lady called by Mellisa took my details and she told me that her manager will call me within 30 minutes and i never received call from them and i won't be able to return this device if 7 day from the day of purchase has lapsed. I am not happy with the service at all
