Bad service

The service at Pep Vincent stores is poor. They let you stand in a long line only to get to the teller to be told they offline for DSTV payments or other payment services they offer and that has happened in more than one occasion.

It would be better if as new customers come in they alert them instead of telling them when they get to the teller.
