Bad service

I went to PEP home Greenacres. I requested to be help so can find out if an item I am looking for is available in another store. The lady who was helping me went to the office to ask if they can call and the answer was I know they will not answer so the call was not made. When I went to the cashier to pay I asked the question again and now this time they say oh she said you must make the call and still no one made the call. The service at that shop is very terrible 😞
