Bad service

Pep stores in pimville (pimville square complex) has the worst service ever, the staff is just ok the so called manager Dee so they call her, is so unprofessional its sad.....so my helper bought a phone from Pep stores, so it was faulty she took it back n was advised to come fetch it after 7 weeks, she did exactly that, when she got there they asked her to come the follow week, she did that too, which was then today....the staff said the matter is out of their hands and called the so called manager, who disrespected my helper as if my helper owes the store, Dee then left with the delivery guys that came to deliver at the store and advised her staff she is going to maponya mall, left a customer at the store without even telling her what is next regarding her phone, my helper waited for her close to 2 hours and more till she was told they are about to close shop..my concern is the treatment given to customers. Can Pep Stores advise if this is the service they are giving to all customers or just the pimville branch.....im really disgusted n annoyed with your store.... Pepstores
