bad service

I bought shoes for my twins which were big ,i then returned them to pep sesfikile square in Daveyton . worst experience ever, I met a staff member at the door and showed her my return. she was chatting to a colleague at the time and murmured something which I didn't get, and I waited for to tell me what to do ,she kept chatting to her colleague and I asked must leave the items with you? she said she told me to go in. I religiously went in and took another size and items I wanted. I then proceeded to the tills. whilst waiting to be served a cashier closed the till and told us to go to cellphone department, because she was going on lunch. can you believe it? And I asked one of the staff members for the customer services department number and she told its on my till slip and I told her I don't have my slip she went and got it.

I called and fortunately the area manager came back to me and worst was to come from the store manager. She told me that customers need to understand that staff need to go lunch as well,REALLY
