BAD SERVICE

I was in the process of purchasing a pyjamas (top and bottom) at PEP Goodwood Mall, when the cashier informed me that the price is for a sleep shirt. At the time, she took the sleep pants from the hanger and informed me that the sizes also differed. I did not notice that , as the top was a size 36 and the pants was still hanging on the hanger, naturally I assumed that it must be the same size!!! She gave me the most suspicious look - as if I was in the process of shoplifting the item!!!! I told her to keep the items as I was not a *****!!!!!Really bad service!!!! I reported this to Pep Head Office and to date have not received a single reply. Guess it just ain't worth shopping for a bargain!!!!!! I have been a customer at this store for years, but after this incident, I will most certainly go bargain hunting somewhere else!!!
