Bad service

Today we were at Pep Grabouw. My mother, brother , daughter and I. To avoid queuing long my mother stood at the queue whilst my brother and I were looking around and filling the basket with things we needed. When I got back to where my brother was standing waiting for me I saw the security guard instructing him to go out and my brother refused the security guard even wanted to grab my brother out. I said no he can’t do that because he is with me.

When we left the shop he said that I can’t follow my own house rules there I must obey to the rules. I said what rules is that? He said my brother was on the phone and he didn’t know what he was doing on the phone in other words he didn’t trust my brother. He was very rude.

So it’s Pep store’s policy for people not to use cellphones? So it’s Pep stores policy to assume that males are not to be trusted?
