bad service

My sister bought a phone for my aunt in makhado mall limpopo. unfortunately the phone didn't and she gave it to me to change it for her and I did it in Gauteng and I was told to take it back to Limpopo so last weekend I went to Limpopo and remembered the phone I took it back on Saturday to the same shop. I've explained myself to the manager to my my surprise the manager started shouting @ me and things got out of hand situation was very ugly. The branch manager was Edzisani Maivha. I asked her to give me her managers number as I was unhappy about the whole situation she refused the I called the number from the slip I spoke to Mzwakhe and explained to him the situation never showed any interest. I couldn't go out because the manager gas arranged people to beat me and they waited for me outside and she was laughing saying that she will show me because I think that I am better than her I don't know where that came from. I was rescued by my mother. Is this his pep treat customers. I had to go back with the same phone that we paid and not working.
