Bad service

Hi hello peter I'm Mashudu staying at midway next to protea gardens on the 4 of September 2017 I send my husband to send money to pep store as my id was not allowed to work anymore he went there n deposit the money and he comeback with a receipt I personally call the people I'm sending the money to they told me they will go and withdrew the money on the next day on the next day which was 5 they phone my husband to say they didn't find the money we try on our side to draw the money we didn't find anything to find out that the money was withdrawn on the same day I went to pep to look for this cashier Tracy tswai who help my husband to send the money thulani called money market call centre they told him the money was withdrawn at lenasia absa ATM on the same day which I don't understand in my receipt the sender contact no its somebody we don't know the no and my husband id no cannot be recognized by money market they said to me the I'd no that they have its somebody s not my husband I know that a cashier took my money I want u to help me in this case
