Bad service

I went with my 79 year old granny to get a pair of shoes for herself. Looking for a seat so that she sit anf fit on shoes i came across a employee at pep stores and saw her standing on the actual soft seat used to fit on shoes as she was hanging things.i asked for a seat for my gran to sit on assuming she would give the seat but instead very abruptly rep**** and got a hard thing that looked like a bucket. I fell this is very poor service especially toward an elderly citizen
