bad service

i bought a Tablet at Pep cell in festival mall on the 11 July by the 19 th July the Tablet stopped working ,i took it to Pep and they booked it in for repairs,i was given a slip with my name ,id no,imei no.i wasnt told the terms and conditions.i caled 2 weeks later to find out the status of my tablet i was told it take 6 weeks.a ady called Edith gave me a number for MTN to enquire when i called i was told that they were not record for the imei no: ********** ********** 5.so i called back the store the cals were unanswered i called the pep clothing i spoke to a lady called Potia she told me she will enquire and ask them to call me.Edith called she told me they are short staffed and that there is a proceedure hence my phone wasnt colletcted.i callaed Pep head office i spoke to a lady by the name Vanessa she listened took my name and said she will escalet the matter and i should be contacted by the 7 august but i wasnt contacted.today is the 14 Austugust i called the head office my calls were unanswered. I called MTN still the is no records of my phone.i called the stock i spoke to Edith she told i should wait for 6 week. I NEED THAT TABLET OR MY MONEY BACK
