Bad service

On the 06/10/2020 I was at pep Jhb market street and I received a very bad service from Bongani who was working on the Pay point . I asked about how paxi works and he just left me standing and come back with a Paper then he just give me without explanation . I further requested the code of paxi and his response was” check it on the slip” I just saw by his actions that he is not willing to assist me. He was very unfriendly as I was the one who greeted him ,am not sure if he responded.I am very disappointed with his service . My contact number is ***
