Bad service

Yesterday around 20past 17:00..i went to pep cell to pay my dstv the cashier was so rude to me...she said to me the dstv is off-line i ask the lady who was mopping the floor that at pep is also offline she said "i dont knw" they gv me this **** service bcz the saw that they about to knock off...i went to pep the system was working n its not for the fast time to get a bad service from this store..Bloemfontein Rocklands mall Pep cell
