I hope this email finds you well, ive been trying to send a paxi with pep, but I haven't been getting any help from consultants and they've made claims which make them seem untrained.

Pep market street matatiele 2 the shop next to mr price. ( assisted by Buyie)

Pep home at market street matatiele. ( assisted by Reaoboka). (12th January 2025)

I've also tried to send a paxi at pep home on Friday 9th January 2025 a consultant told me the system was offline.

At pep market street the consultant buyie claimed that they dont do paxis with a gift voucher, Buyie also felt the need to send me over to other peps because she doesn't know how to do her job ( 12th January 2025)

At pep home the consultant (Reaoboka) claimed that the system is offline.
