Bad service :-(

<p>I was at pep store in Daku. That is the worst service I've ever had. I went there to do an exchange for my daughters shoe when I was finally at the till the cashier told me that she can't do an exchange as the guy who can do that for me is still I waited while she was busy helping other customers. I panicked I told the lady I was in a hurry she told me to go call the gentleman myself. I did and he told me that he was busy receiving. I was so angry I left the shoes there and went home as I was about to go to work. I will never set my foot there again. </p>
