Bad Service

<p>I went to PEP at Atturbury value mart on the 25 April 2017. someone pick pocketed my cellphone & I had only been to Pep. when i went back to ask the store manager to help me find my phone by checking the store cameras, i was told the cameras are kept at the head office & that I must pay R2500 for the them to retrieve the cameras. The store manager also said that we enter their shop at our risk & they are not liable to help their customers with anything. And the shop has no disclaimer notice on any wall to state that we enter pep at our risk as customers. when i asked her if the ******s entered the shop they will still not retrieve the cameras she said I can do whatever I can even bring the police if I want to, she will not help me. Even if she didn't want to help,I expected her to understand atleast but she basically just said "I don't care". </p>
