BAD SERVICE

<p>I bought my brother ITEL 1355M phone on the 22nd of December 2016,he used it for more than week and then it had problem with charging,took it back to PEP STORE on the 10th of January 2017 and they told me will recieve a call when is ready for collection ,a month went by without hearing anything from them,i decided to go check and was told to come back again in 2 weeks time ,i did as i was told still could not get anything ,went again after a month still same story up until today have not recieved any call from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>please help</p>
