Bad Service

<p>I just visited the Pep store at Standford Square centre in Port elizabeth and they refused to accept my money that I just drew outside the Atm . I was told by the Manager that the old R20 note with the elephant on is not a legal tender. I am not happy that I was belittled in front of all the customers. I asked him to show me the letter from the bank that states its not a legal tender he said that he does not have that and was told by Peps bank its not legal. I visited the Sarb website and on the website it clearly states that its a legal tender. I would appreciate if Pep management could contact me to clarify. He refused to give me his regional managers number or a email address. </p> <p>regards</p>
