Bad service

<p>I went to a pep store to deposit money to my mom like I usually do every month at pep 8388 lenasia. The cashier (slim lady with a German cut) told me you guys now need proof of residency for cash send, I told her I've been depositing for long at that store she said maybe that time the system wasn't locked but now they've locked it...</p> <p>I proceeded to another pep store and asked the guy who works there and he said to me they only want an ID for cash send. I'm very upset because the queue is very long at that store and that lady wasted my time and it's not even her money that I'm depositing there now I have to wait till tomorrow to go through the same process again. I know previously I was previously required to bring my pep card as I was using this system for long. </p>
