Bad Service

<p>I have never been disrespted like this in my life, i went to credit back my child school shoes because they were damaged. I bought shoes on 15/01/2017 11:40:27 shop 6412 Krugersdorp.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i explained to employee about the shoe and showed him the shoes , he said to me what did i expect with the shoe that i bought for R70. 00 and how is it his problem that the shoes it damage what should he do with this shoe , I told that not my job i cannot teach him how to do his Job .</p> <p> </p> <p>He threw the shoe over the counter and said the Manger will assist me , this is not his problem and he walked away.</p> <p> </p> <p>I know the shoe was cheap and i bought it for time being up until i get paid , but i did not expect the shoe not to even last for a week.</p> <p> </p> <p>the store that i went to exchange the shoe its Pep Kagiso Mall, and the staff member that gave me bad service was Katlego .</p> <p>The manager came through and said she will speak to him about his behavoiur, what fustrate me is that she was there when the incident happend and she did not help as well becuase she advised that i should return the shoe at the store that i bought it from (Krugersdorp).</p> <p> </p> <p>What suprises if i bought the shoes in Durban and i had the same problem while am here in Johannesburg would i have to go back to Durban and return the Shoes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so unhappy about the service i got a Pep store in Kagiso and i will never set my foot there .</p> <p>They dont have respect for customer , when you approach they tills they dont even acknoldge you as customer .
