Bad service

<p>I wanted to pay my DSTV account at a pep store and everytime I went there 7 consecutive days they kept telling me the system is offline after I had to wait in the queue for 30+minutes because 1 person was at the till while the rest are always on floor,everyday for 7 days experiencing this.</p> <p>One of the ladies who had the worst attitude ever Mpho,when I asked them why don't they put up a notice that their system is offline for payments told me it's not her problem and I must stop coming there.</p> <p>I incurred extra charges by paying my dstv account late all because of that stupid Pep store and I had no choice cause it's the most convenient way to pay my account and it's close by.</p> <p>Please sort this out and please deal with that lady Mpho she has no manners whatsoever , customer service at that store is appalling. </p>
