bad service

<p>Yesterday I went to this pep cell in Ghandi square Johannesburg and I took out my card this rude lady looked at me and asked so you are going to swipe for R4 I said yes cause I don't carry cash around,she pretended to be helping then said,well my speed point is not work I said then call then other who will assist me because I need the sim card,she looked at me and said the person is on lunch I told her I work in a service driven environment if ur speed point is not working the other party is not suppose to go far,she must be on a stand by and why are u realising that your speed point is not working when I told you I don't carry cash around for security reasons..she looked at me with an atitude and I emptied my bag infront of her and cleaned it,I found R2,60 and told her that's all I had,she looked and me and gave me the sim card...I went to the supermarket and withdrew R50 I went back to the store and asked her to take her balance she looked at me and said ooohhh please can I help another customer...I am very sensitive when it comes to bad service,please train your people..simply because I am young,black and around that vacinity they must not look down on people</p>
