Bad Service

<p>I went to PEP Phumulani mall for refund were I was welcomed by a long Q,;bad service and worse of all bad attitude from a guy called Jafta(apparently he's a manager) - on the 09 May '16 I bought pants I'm one of pep's branch in Jozi as I was going to a function and I was surprised as the pants colour was coming off and made dirty while I was in a function, I then went to PEP Phumulani mall for refund and I was given the worse service ever by Jafta who told me he won't refund me as he's thinking I washed those pants and to make things worse he left me standing in a counter to attend to another customer and also told the cashiers to go work to sales floor. I find Jafta actioned very offending as I paid with my own money and I gave him a valid reason for my refund and I don't think it's the company's policy for its employees to ask customer where do they stay and why refund in a certain branch. I only need pep to refund me back my money then I'll stop make purchase in their store as their staff is very rude and have attitude towards Black people especially in townships.</p>
