Bad service

Yesterday i went to Pep Home Wonderpark looking for a curtain that was short in my collection. The time was 14:48pm when I got at the door. The door was closed with a lady holding it and all the other stores were still open. We asked to come in and just buy one curtain, they told us they were already closed they only helping people who were left to pay inside. What got me angry is that my mom literally had to beg them, she asked to speak to the lady who was at the till, she forced to go in, when she got the she had to beg her to just take just one curtain, she gave her attitude and my mom continued begging her in front of other customers. Can you imagine how embarrassing that was for my mom? Mind you, we bought curtains a few weeks back at the same store for over R2500. She finally hesitantly agreed and we bought the curtain my mom being a darling she is, she apologised for wasting their time.<br> <br> See me buying at your stores again kill me! I'll go to Mr Price Home or Sheet Street. I can't go around begging people to buy with my own money. Your people are rude! I worked in retail before I've never seen such happening. That lite skinned lady with dreads i will never forget her.
