Bad service

I bought a wall watch at pep home evaton mall it had a little scratch, thought it was just dust,when I got home the watch was scattered into pieces before I could even unwrap it.when I took it back to the store the Manager said she won't replace the watch.....mind you that the watch is still wrapped havent opened it...can I kindly be assisted with another watch..I feel Pep home Evaton Mall failed me.Should you wish to contact me my digits are ***
