Bad sales agents at foneyam and pep cell Watergate centre

I went to Pep cell in Watergate centre last year to buy me a cellphone I had the cash money, then the agents of foneyam cane to me to say that I can take a Samsung A04 for R510 then I can pay R195 off every month for 12 months then the phone will be mine after paying the full amount for the phone. Plus I pay R45 hollard insurance every month. So today I went to claim because the phone is now broken they gave me the foneyam number to call that's where this lady told me that the phone does not belong to me it's only a rental phone and I must return it to them after paying the 12 months of R195 and R510, that's over the qmmoynt of the original cost of the phone. And I had the money to buy me a phone, if the agents had explain to me about this then I would have buy me a phone cash, this is false advertising, they don't tell you the truth they just want u to take the phone and sign on the tablet, there is no contract they only give u a piece of paper that say I must pay R195 for 12 months. No explanation. This is not on I want them to take their phone back and give me my money back because I did not sign up for this. This is a **** and ***** at the same time. I'm very angry and disappointed. They must tell the people the truth man
