Bad review

Good day

I am typing this email with great sadness. I was at Clicks Jabulani doing my shopping only to come across one of your staff member by the name of Magauta making noise at Clicks store. I do not have any business with what she had a query for but as an ambassador of your company I think she needs to know how yo carry herself when shopping in other stores. I mean she was speaking with a Clicks's staff member so bad and I felt sorry for the Clicks's staff member who was abused by this lady.

Can you take it upon yourself to educate and inform your staff members on how to carry themselves in public because they still represent your brand. As I have stated it's not about the query but it is about the way she behaved.
