Bad quality that led to a bigger loss for my daughter.

I bought a schoolbag for my daughter in January, she had it for 2weeks and it broke by the seams, i took it back and they changed it for me, i was happy with this and asked if they have problems with the schoolbags and i was told no. I took the bag . my daughter packed her books in it and days latter the new bag also came loose by the seams this time all her books fell out with her tab , i am really upset cause now the tab is lost cause she was walking as the seams came loose and the tab must have fallen out first, she cried and I can't replace this item for her and she use it for school, i had to re-cover some of the books as it fell in the sand. i suffered a loss cause of the bad quality of your product. i feel that if the schoolbag was of a better quality i would not be in this situation right now.
