BAD QUALITY GOODS! REFUSING TO REPLACE THE ITEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought my son a onesie of almost R200 at PEP LANDSDOWN on the 30/05/2025, he then wore the onesie the evening of the date of purchase to my Suprise when I washed the onesie the very next day I noticed the factory defaulted material it was broken the material look torn and i then called the PEP contact center and to my Suprise they refusing to take this product back because it was worn and not in its original unused state, HOW IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE???????????????????????????? REFUSING TO RETURN AN ITEM BECAUSE OF THERE FACTORY FAULT I EVEN TOOK THE COMPLAINT TO THERE FACEBOOK MESSENGER AND ONCE AGAIN WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT EXCHNAGE USED ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM VERY UNIMPRESSED I REFUSE TO TAKE THIS LIGHTLY IF THIS WAS WOOLOWRTHS THEY WOULDVE CHECKED THAT PRODUCT THIS ONESIE WAS NOT CHEAP OR ON SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
