Bad quality goods

Today 01.07.2020 @ Ndofaya mallI bought a winter fitted sheet, when I opened the packaging it was torn and I went back again to report the quality issue, I was assisted by a security guard who then showed me a lady Phindi who works in that department, I showed the torn fitted sheet and she was not interested, never assisted me, she left me to scratch around that untidy department and I didn't get a replacement or a refund instead she showed me a long queue. * why would I spend my money and in return for torn sheet * I spent my petrol going back to the store * I want my money, and petrol used to go to the store for nothing back
