Bad product review

On the 1st of March a Mobicell router was bought at Pep cell Batho plaza,great service was provided, the router on the other hand didn't perform well,it connects and disconnects every now and then.today on the 3rd the router was to be returned and the employees denied us an exchange or a refund...I am not happy with the product and I was willing to do an exchange but now I need my full refund because of the ill treatment received from the employees.
