bad phone

I bought a phone at pep today 23/10/2017 the cashier didn't even bother to show me anything about the phone how it functions ..when I got home the phones camera its bad ..even some features on it ..its like I bought it at some down town store .,...they said they don't refund phones but I need a refund I can't use this thing it can't even take a proper picture ..they should refund me or give me a different device
