bad pep/hennenman freestate

good day this pep in hennenman freestate are so poor when it comes with working with clients. i have bought a new phone that is now 6 months (27/03/2021) now that it is giving me problems they don't want to send it away. the screen just went white can't see any thing on it. Now the MANAGER tell me that i must buy a new phone. with what money??????????????????? she is so rude. tell me how can a phone fall from the desk when there is now one near it???? i will never set n foot in that store again. i want my phone fixed.
