Bad manager

You are not evens worth a one star PEP HOME ATLANTIS I just had the worst experience there is will never ever go back there. The lady that's the so called manager has no what so ever manners. I bought blinds the last week and mind you I did ask the lady at the till that day can I exchange this because I think it will be to small and she said yes as long as I have a slip. Today I went back because the blind were infact to small , with my slip and closed and seal just as j bought it I paid with my phone (virtual card ) clearly they don't now how technically works but they didn't want to refund me because the card on the slip and my physical card numbers are not the same. I have opened my banking app and showed them the amount that I payed they stil refused I had to buy something else to prove to them that the numbers on today's slip and my card are not the same because it is virtual. The manager kept on shouting at me and the also the cashier I then told them that they are acting as if I'm a ***** and it is the first time the I have came a cross a exchange like this. The manager knock over the blind two times and the cashier went ahead and says " look that thing don't want to be here" I spent more then a half an hour trying to get my own money back while I had prove I am very very unhappy and I will definitely warn people against PEP HOME ATLANTIS. A manager that is so disgustingly disrespectful towards clients I not on
