bad manager

Bought item priced 39.95 but was charged 69.95. The purchased was in Limpopo but the 2ic in PTA refused to exchange the item for me. I asked for her name they refused to give me. They also refused to give customer service number. I had to spend airtime calling regional office which instructed her to help us. Again she took her time while my son is ill. She did not even apologise.<br> <br> I want her to apologise
