Bad Management S****s

Went to pep store branch 391 to buy some cash products, while i was there i came a cross a rain coat for my daughter didn't have enough money so i wanted to laybuy it, cashier told me im not allowed to laybuy because im an pep clothing employee, i asked for references so i can hear from authorities if its true, it's hear say eversince i started working at the clothing nevertheless manager Lucinda Potgieter shouted out of the office quoting : she's not going to give me any numbers of anybody, she's not gonna lose her job becuase of one clothing employee that wants a laybuy. I left that store very upset, and embarrassed. Where is her people s****s? thats not how you speak to your customers, please respond, i need to know.:

Is there a rule stating all pep employees can't laybuy any goods at any of your retail store's?

And i want to add a complaint regarding that manager LUCINDA POTGIETER, BRANCH 391 station road PAROW, who were shouting at me in her office for every one to hear and stare at me.
