Bad experience at Pep Wynberg and DSTV

Bought DSTV decoder at Pep Wynberg Saturday , the installation guys came to install , however while busy the TV broke down they said once we manage to fix it we must contact them again . Due to unseen circumstances we not gonna afford to fix the tv. When we return the decoder they refuse to refund us we must keep it till we decide to buy a new tv.
