Bad experience at pep clothing pavilion

I went to pep Pavillion clothing and i saw shoes I wanted to laybye and the tag says you can laybye but when i got to the counter Philie the cashier was murmuring saying one items gets lost, and talking to the other cashier. I asked if i could set it aside she said no. She went and picked up the shoes with an attitude that they don't laybye one item and i asked her why she is swinging the shoes she said she is explaining that. It was so rude
