Bad experience

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER @ PEP CELL PAROW CENTRE ... I was there today to purchase airtime however while waiting in the line outside the store both cashiers are busy with 1 lady and the lady literally took her mask off to sneeze and cough and the cashiers said nothing about it not even their masks were properly on i had second thoughts about entering the store but I was in need of the airtime at the time, nevertheless it's my turn to be helped and the cashier by the name of Mercia doesn't even greet shes so focused on this one customer that her colleague was already helping , she then just took my money gave my airtime I couldn't wait to get out of that store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
