***** Bad Debt not dealt with and still lingering

My ID number and name was used by a *****ster to open a credit account with Pepkor. And in doing so the *****ster later defaulted. Eventually having the *****ster debt become a bad debt. I eventually got wind of this ***** event via my regular credit checks done by my company. I tried to get hold of Pepkor via their 3rd party Tenacity to lodge this ***** event and I've got minimal response and no feedback on resolving this ***** matter. This has been 2 months of no feedback, even though I've provided an affidavit and filled in the necessary form but to no avail nothing and their help line just keeps me on hold 10 minutes on end with no one picking up the line, meanwhile this ***** of a bad debt impacts my credit checks done by my company and impacts me ever getting credit by any bank. Extremely frustrating. Pepkor really disappointed me in the way they treat ***** cases and their credit lending processes seem quite lax because my address is not aligned with the *****sters address.
